Short notice reschedules and cancellations (within 72 hours of your appointment ) not only break that commitment made when you set your deposit, it can also result in multiple inconveniences to your artist, such as potentially losing a full day of paid work. As such, your deposit is non-refundable.

We know the unexpected can happen, so your deposit grants you one reschedule, if necessary, before losing your deposit. We require a 72-hour notice for any changes to your appointment date or time. No exceptions. A new deposit will have to be placed in order to schedule again after that point. Your new session date and time is locked in unless otherwise noted, and will not be able to be moved back to the original date as available time slots are quickly filled. However, if an artist has to cancel your session, the option for a refunded deposit will be given.

We will always do our best to confirm your session date and time a week to three days in advance, but if you do not receive a confirmation message, please reach out to us and let us know that you plan to attend your appointment.

A response to the confirmation message is required prior to the day of your session. If we aren’t heard from you, your artist will assume that you’re cancelling your appointment, and your deposit will be forfeit.

If you’d like to change the design of your tattoo, contact the shop as soon as possible. Minor changes are not a problem (ex: changing a peony to a rose), but large changes on a large design (ex: changing from a garden sleeve to a large space design) may lead to a redesign fee of $100.

The quote provided is an estimate. We charge $150/hr., so your tattoo may be more or less depending on how long it takes to complete it.
